Electrophysical Cardiology

The branch of cardiology concerned with the electrical system of the heart and the problems associated with it. The electrophysical study aids in identifying rhythm disturbances and rectifying the problem either by the insertion of a pacemaker or ICD or ablation of aberrant pathways.
