Chairman & CEO 

Andrew G. Rowe

Andrew Rowe joined AllMed in 2002 and has been the architect of the company's steady growth and emergence as a national leader in its field.  He has over 30 years of progressive experience in leading growth-oriented businesses in the healthcare, technology and industrial sectors. He is an accomplished builder of high performance teams, providing products and services to Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. His expertise includes corporate strategy, technology management, sales & marketing, operations, finance and international operations. He is a regular speaker and facilitator at industry conferences and is a Past President and Executive Committee Member of the National Association of Independent Review Organizations ( Andrew holds a BA in International Economics and Latin American Studies from George Washington University.  He is an active angel investor, board member and community service leader.

Maridy McGinnis

Maridy has more than 20 years of experience in operations management, finance, and market analysis. With a team-oriented approach focused on staff development and empowerment, Maridy oversees all aspects of AllMed's clinical operations, and is responsible for driving the company's continuous improvement efforts. Her past experience in the medical and aerospace industries has made her an experienced practitioner in lean manufacturing, quality control, and strategic planning. Maridy holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Portland State University. 


VICE PRESIDENT, Chief technology & Security officer

Gordon Ferlitsch

Gordon has over 30 years of experience in software engineering management as well as all other IT-related disciplines. Managing all aspects of AllMed's IT functions, Gordon is responsible for ensuring that the company is effectively utilizing existing and emerging technologies to drive business results. His past experience includes Vice President for TransCore, Vice President of Engineering for Integrated Information Systems, and Software Engineer at both IBM and Metheus Corporations. Gordon holds a BSCS from Oregon State University and also attended IBM MVS Operating System School in San Jose, California.



Dr. David Spiro

David has over 25 years' experience as both a clinician and Medical Director, and is well-versed using system-oriented processes to achieve optimal performance and evidence-based outcomes. Over the past 20 years, David has served in a variety of physician leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at a rural hospital in Oregon, Professor of Emergency Medicine at Yale University, and Chief of the Pediatric ER at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, where he raised funding, built and ran the new department. He is also the co-founder of ReelDX, a producer of physician training videos. At AllMed, David oversees all physician peer review activities and clinical quality management, working with other members of the team to drive continuous improvement efforts. He received his MD from the University of California, San Francisco, and holds a BA from the University of Virginia.


VICE PRESIDENT, Clinical operations

Michelle Higginson

Michelle has worked in healthcare for over 10 years, including leading operations in care management, payment accuracy, fraud detection/prevention, HEDIS medical record review, and clinical content database development. Prior to joining AllMed in 2018, she worked as System Director of Hospital Care Management for Intermountain Healthcare and Vice President of Clinical Operations for Verscend Technologies. Her role at AllMed includes ensuring efficient operational excellence and scalability through application of Lean management principles by a high-performance clinical operations team. Michelle is a Registered Nurse, board-certified Nurse Executive Advanced, Registered Health Information Administrator, and Certified Professional Coder. She holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree and dual Master’s degrees in Health Information Management and IT Leadership.


VICE PRESIDENT, Client services

Stephen Keresztes

Stephen has more than 20 years of sales management and business development leadership experience with a focus on healthcare technology-based solutions. As leader of the Client Services team, Stephen oversees all client relations and sales and marketing functions. Stephen takes a client-focused approach to sales and building long-lasting strategic partnerships. His background as a medical doctor made him a valuable consultant in the healthcare space, providing strategic direction for process improvements, product development, and market channels. He received his MD at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, and holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.


VICE PRESIDENT, finance & administration

Sue Loomis Wilson

Sue has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and marketing. As the leader of Finance and Administration, Sue is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, finance, professional standards, and administration as well as cultivating the AllMed company culture. Before joining AllMed in 2008, Sue worked at Intel Corporation and managed her own financial consulting business for many years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland.
