Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy: Treating Autism Spectrum Disorders
Recent research shows that 1 in 68 children in the United States will be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). To date, over 200 million Americans fall under insurance regulations that provide coverage for ABA Therapy, however; many questions remain as to what is most efficacious, and to what extent treatment such as ABA therapy is covered under law and insurance plans. Additionally, given the increase in the diagnosis, it is pertinent that providers become familiar with
types of treatment and levels of care available in their respective communities.
