
Kathryn Kolonic, DO, MPH, CPHQ
Vice President, Medical Director
Dr. Kolonic is a native of Oregon who received her BA from the University of San Diego, MPH from Portland State University and her DO from Touro University in Nevada. She remained in Nevada to complete her residency in family medicine before returning to Oregon where she’s been a practicing physician at Providence Health and AIM Health NW. Before joining AllMed Dr. Kolonic was the CMO for AgeRight Clinical Services, where she also served as medical director of the AgeRight Medicare Advantage plan. She is deeply interested in working to improve the quality of care for all patients, while ensuring the most appropriate utilization of healthcare services.

Dr. Eric Diamond
Senior Associate Medical Director
Dr. Eric Diamond has been in private practice specializing in foot and ankle pathology. He is fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Prior to joining AllMed Eric was the owner/Medical Director of a freestanding independent Clinical trials site, conducting clinical trials for the pharmaceutical industry primarily on topics related to post-operative analgesics. In this role, he served as Principal Investigator for over 50 clinical trials. Eric joined the AllMed team in 2013 as a peer reviewer. For the past nine years Eric has been an active member of the internal AllMed Medical Staff and now serves as Senior Staff Physician. Along with Dr. Kolonic, he is now actively involved in the on-boarding, mentoring, and ongoing training of our physician peer reviewers as we refine our processes. Dr. Diamond has also been directly involved in the ongoing process of formulating position papers on a variety of topics here at AllMed to create a clear point of view on controversial medical care issues.

Dr. Micah Hoffman
Behavioral Health Medical Director
Dr. Micah T Hoffman is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with specialty training in treatment-refractory mood disorders. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies and research in molecular biology and the genetics predisposing the development of melanoma, Dr. Hoffman went on to study at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, receiving his doctorate of medicine. While at Jefferson, he participated in research surrounding anticoagulated patients and gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding with the Department of Cardiology at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Hoffman then completed his residency in psychiatry, and held the Chief Resident position, at the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA.
Dr. Hoffman is an attending physician and assistant medical director at Vituity and is also President of the Wyoming District Branch of the American Psychiatric Association where he works closely with the Wyoming Association of Psychiatric Physicians and the Wyoming Medical Society on legislative improvements to mental health care delivery both in his home state of Wyoming and nationally. Historically, he has provided care across the behavioral health spectrum, ranging from inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP) and outpatient levels of care. He has an extensive medical-legal consultation practice, specializing in civil litigation and medical malpractice defense, as well as focusing on quality measures in the delivery of psychiatric healthcare for health plans. Additionally, Dr. Hoffman has several years of experience as an expert witness for civil litigation and malpractice defense, as well as serving as an educator for fellow psychiatrists.

Dr. Joanne Getsy
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Getsy has worked for more than 30 years in the field of Sleep Medicine and has been the Medical Director of several different Sleep Centers. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Medicine. As a Program Director of Sleep Medicine fellowship, she taught dozens of trainees and helped them become board-certified in Sleep Medicine while also seeing patients with Pulmonary diseases and helping to train Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows. As Chief of Sleep Medicine, she rose to the rank of Professor of Medicine, a position she held until she retired from full-time clinical work in 2017. She has worked with AllMed part-time since 2013 performing peer reviews and became an Associate Medical Director in 2017. Dr. Getsy received her BA from Tufts University and her M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Lisa Butler
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Lisa Butler is the founder of Integrative Osteopathy in Fort Collins, CO and has been in private practice for 20 years. She began her journey at the University of Michigan where she completed her undergraduate studies in English and technical writing. After graduation, Dr. Butler moved to Texas where she studied sports nutrition at Texas Women’s University and worked as a technical writer before enrolling in medical school. After completing her medical training, Dr. Butler decided to move to Colorado and complete her residency at the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation, while enjoying all of the best biking adventures Colorado has to offer. Dr. Butler is board-certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulation. She has served on the Colorado Medical Board from 2008-2012 and as the medical director for Northern Colorado Chapter of the Celiac Sprue Foundation from 2014-2019.
