MARIDY McGINNIS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Maridy has more than 20 years of experience in operations management, finance, and market analysis. She joined AllMed in 2017 and has contributed to AllMed’s successful growth and Lean transformation. As CEO, Maridy executes on AllMed’s mission, ensuring the company continues to use its clinical expertise, technology and innovation to drive value in health care. Her past experience in the medical and aerospace industries has made her an experienced practitioner in lean manufacturing, quality control, and strategic planning. Maridy holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Portland State University.

ANDREW G. ROWE

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Andrew Rowe joined AllMed in 2002 and has been the architect of the company’s steady growth and emergence as a national leader in its field. He has over 30 years of progressive experience in leading growth-oriented businesses in the healthcare, technology and industrial sectors. He is an accomplished builder of high-performance teams, providing products and services to Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. His expertise includes corporate strategy, technology management, sales & marketing, operations, finance and international operations. He is a regular speaker and facilitator at industry conferences and is a Past President and Executive Committee Member of the National Association of Independent Review Organizations (nairo.org). Andrew holds a BA in International Economics and Latin American Studies from George Washington University. He is an active angel investor, board member and community service leader.

Dru Henke

Vice President of Technology

Dru Henke brings to AllMed more than 25 years of experience building and leading high-performance technology teams across a variety of industries, with a focus on healthcare insurance, healthcare education, and clinical decision support.  Leading AllMed’s technology team, Dru is focused on bringing AllMed’s technical capabilities in IT, Machine Learning, Analytics and Software Development together to create products that that solve problems for our users and deliver value to our clients.  Dru holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with concentrations in Computer Science and Laser Optics and Holography, from The Ohio State University.

KATHRYN KOLONIC, DO, MPH, CPHQ

VICE PRESIDENT, MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Kolonic is a native of Oregon who received her BA from the University of San Diego, MPH from Portland State University and her DO from Touro University in Nevada. She remained in Nevada to complete her residency in family medicine before returning to Oregon where she’s been a practicing physician at Providence Health and AIM Health NW. Before joining AllMed Dr. Kolonic was the CMO for AgeRight Clinical Services, where she also served as medical director of the AgeRight Medicare Advantage plan. She is deeply interested in working to improve the quality of care for all patients, while ensuring the most appropriate utilization of healthcare services.

JEFF CARD

VICE PRESIDENT, CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Jeff joins AllMed with a track record of applying business analytics and Lean production techniques in a variety of industries. He takes a data-driven approach in leading teams through operational improvements to deliver innovative process and technology solutions. His experience spans health care, financial services, and automotive operations, including service as the Director of Clinical Review Operations at Premera Blue Cross. Jeff earned a BS in mathematics from the University of Detroit Mercy and is a former commissioner of NAGAAA, the sanctioning body for the annual Gay Softball World Series.

NANCY P. NARRAWAY

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING

With more than a decade of healthcare experience within an expansive career, Nancy infuses in AllMed her passion for helping people lead their healthiest and happiest possible life. Guiding all aspects of AllMed sales, account management, and marketing, Nancy is focused on driving new revenue and profit growth. Her professional experience includes more than 20-years with Microsoft and several years with leading healthcare companies including Hearst Health, ZeOmega, and Science 37. Nancy holds a BA from the University of British Columbia.

SUE LOOMIS WILSON

VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Sue has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and marketing. As the leader of Finance and Administration, Sue is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, finance, professional standards, and administration as well as cultivating the AllMed company culture. Before joining AllMed in 2008, Sue worked at Intel Corporation and managed her own financial consulting business for many years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland.
